I have worked in a variety of business settings in the mental health industry from non-profit to inpatient psychiatric hospital to residential treatment center to private practice. In each of these models, I learned what it took to serve our clients/customers, lead others and to consider the bottom line as well.

Whether as an administrator of a licensed child care residential facility with a multiple 6-figure budget or as a small business owner starting from scratch, I had to grow and exercise greater management and people skills to regularly lead teams and to achieve the goals set before us.

When my entrepreneurial spirit led me into launching my brick and mortar private practice and then my coaching business online, I also learned the long hard road of trying to do "all the things". I learned to juggle all the admin things, the tech things, the sales and marketing things, the graphic design things, etc. I quickly knew that in order to grow and scale, I had to hire team members and then invest in coaches and mentors who could speed up my process and take me to the next level. I have personally invested tens of thousands of dollars and nearly a decade into my own growth as an entrepreneur, CEO and small business owner.

Revive Leadership International, LLC was originally built to help leaders "live well, love deeply and lead boldly" with personal and professional growth and development through coaching and training programs. The more I got around other entrepreneurs and small business owners, I realized I could help them with the practical business knowledge I had gained and began to offer consulting so they could also launch and scale, especially online.

They say that the fastest path to success is to hire a coach, consultant or mentor who has already done what you desire. They can strategize with you and accelerate you by helping you avoid the mistakes they made and find success in a shorter period of time than it took them. This is the offer I am making for you. Let's start with a Strategy Session to be sure we are a good fit and I can help with your goals. Then we can discuss the project or service you need done and whether I can partner with you in building it (done WITH you) or need to refer you out to someone who can (and I have some great connections!)

Once we are clear on our goals and what I may do to help you and/or your team, I will create a consulting agreement and we will be on our way. My consulting fee is not time-based, but value and results-based. The more action you or your team can take, the faster the goal will be reached.

Cindy Hatcher

Cindy Hatcher is a multi-passionate Kingdom Entrepreneur who loves to help leaders “Live Well, Love Deeply and Lead Boldly” in their spheres of influence.

In the business realm, Cindy has been in private practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for almost 20 years. Prior to this, she worked in various administrative and/or clinical leadership positions at the following types of businesses: non-profit at-risk youth programs, adolescent residential treatment center, adult and teen psychiatric hospital, an all addiction/eating disorder residential treatment facility and a couple counseling centers.

She is also a Certified 7 Mountain Professional Coach and the CEO and Founder of Revive Leadership International, LLC, which offers transformational leadership coaching, business consulting, HeartSync inner healing prayer ministry, and various courses, programs, masterminds and retreats that help leaders become Whole Hearted and succeed at work/life balance and abundance.

As a Spirit-filled Christian minister, Cindy is an apostolic prophet and revivalist trainer and loves to teach, equip and empower the Body of Christ. She loves to bring understanding regarding the gifts of the Holy Spirit and help others to know their full identity in Christ and to live their destiny in Him. With a heart for the nations, she has ministered internationally in such places as Thailand, Singapore and South Korea.

Cindy has previously been on staff with a School of Supernatural Ministry where she taught and lead ministry teams across Texas and the globe. She has been an active member of the local church and has held several leadership positions, including currently serving as Director of Transformation and Equipping Ministries and Worship Leader at Legacy Church, New Braunfels, Texas.

Cindy is happily married to her college sweetheart, Chris, who serves as the Executive Pastor at Legacy. They have two amazing teenage children and reside in the beautiful Hill Country of Texas.
