Hill Country School of Prophets is a five-fold prophet discovery, training and equipping school and will require

an investment of time, energy and resources that helps accelerate you into your calling and destiny.

Here is what you will receive in the Second-Year Program:

HCSOP Second-Year Curriculum - ($4997 Value)

We will start on August 19th and go through June 2nd.The Hill Country School of Prophets will take place for six 6-week modules. We will meet from 5:30-9pm at Legacy Church, New Braunfels. Each week we will have a time of worship, teaching, discussion and activation combined with the First-Year Program. Yes, you will hear some of the same topics, but not necessarily experience them in the same way. This will be due to the other people in the room, but also because, as a 2nd year student, YOU will be asked to demonstrate your knowledge of the topic by either being asked to teach, facilitate or lead in some way. This is a part of your development as an emerging prophet as it will also help me to coach and give you more specific feedback as you go. In addition, once a month, we will still have a two-hour time of prayer and prophetic activation (usually on a Saturday) that will bring breakthrough to our region. As your authority grows, so will breakthroughs! You will still have books to read, but they will be ones that more specifically help you hone in on your Prophet Identity, your metron, and gain more clarity on where you are on the journey from calling to office. (Books are not included in cost of tuition.)

The Kingdom is all about family and we want to stay connected in between classes. Whether you need to process your aha moments, ask questions about the homework assignments, or simply ask for prayer requests, we want to have a couple ways to stay connected. Another way will be chat via the GroupMe app. We will have a separate 2nd year only GroupMe chat, but you are encouraged to stay connected to the school-wide one with 1st years, as well as the FB group, to help stay connected and foster school-wide community.

LEADERSHIP

CINDY HATCHER, Director of Hill Country School of Prophets

Cindy is a multi-passionate Kingdom Entrepreneur who loves to help leaders "Live Well, Love Deeply and Lead Boldly".

Cindy owns and operates a private practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, where for 24 years, she has worked with individuals, couples, and families, specializing in relationship issues, eating disorders/addiction and trauma recovery. She has served as a clinician and administrator in non-profit organizations, residential treatment centers and inpatient psychiatric care. She is a Clinical Member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and a Clinical Member of Christian Counselors of Texas.

Cindy is also a Certified 7 Mountain Professional Coach and the CEO and Founder of Revive Leadership International, LLC, a company that offers transformational leadership coaching, prophetic consulting, inner healing prayer ministry, courses, masterminds and retreats that help leaders become Whole Hearted and succeed at work/life balance and abundance. She is a member of Christian Coaches Network International and is a Qualified HeartSync Facilitator.

As a Spirit-filled Christian minister, Cindy is a recognized and commissioned apostolic prophet and revivalist trainer who loves to teach, equip and empower the Body of Christ. She is a champion of the local church and has held several leadership positions, including currently serving as an Elder, Director of Transformation and Equipping Ministries and Worship Leader at Legacy Church, New Braunfels, TX. She is also certified as an Emerging Prophets School Trainer, Emerging Prophets Prophetic Consultant and commissioned as an Emerging Prophets Office Prophet.

Cindy is happily married to her college sweetheart, Chris Hatcher. They have two amazing children and reside in the beautiful Hill Country of Texas.

STEPHEN AND KATHRINE DOWELL, Coaches, Trainers and Community Gathering Hosts

Stephen Dowell is a powerful emerging prophet and serves his local church in New Braunfels as the Men's Ministry Director and an elder. He is certified Emerging Prophets Prophetic Consultant and School Trainer. He also serves as a consultant to Prophetic Finders, a prophetic prayer ministry that helps local law enforcement to find missing children. He works as a detective for the New Braunfels Police Department and has previously served in the military. He carries the Father's heart for men to become leaders and to fully walk out their identity in Christ.

Kathrine Dowell has a strong prophetic gift and walks in supernatural love for others. She is an emerging pastor of women's hearts and specifically wants to see people healed and living in healthy community. Kathrine faithfully serves her local church in New Braunfels as the Connections Director and also assists in the women's ministry. She works at a local elementary school as a fourth grade teacher, not only impacting the next generation but their families and the school staff and leaders, as well.

Stephen and Kathrine are a dynamic duo who display what healthy marriage can look like. They both carry a father's and mother's heart for others and want to see prophets and prophetic men and women find their confidence in Christ and to know how to do relationships and family well. They open their home to host regular Community Gatherings where students can have a safe and healthy place to practice authentic connection in community. They are also coaches and trainers in the school, providing assistance to each level of our program.

SHARON GREEN, Coach, Trainer and Intercessor

Sharon Green is an emerging prophet who serves her local church in Bulverde as an teacher, intercessor and sings on the worship team that her husband Glenn leads. Sharon is a certified Emerging Prophets Prophetic Consultant and an iPEC Certified Professional Coach who helps leaders get breakthrough and transformation as they go from uncertainty to clarity. She loves to help people discover their purpose and become all that God has called them to be.

Sharon serves our school as a coach, trainer and intercessor in each level of our programs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Hill Country School of Prophets affiliated with any one church or denomination?

We are a Bible-based, Spirit-led and fully Kingdom-focused school. We are not affiliated with any one church or denomination, however, we are graciously hosted by Legacy Church, New Braunfels.

When and where will the School be held?

For the 2025-2026 school year, we will begin on August 19th and continue through June 2nd. We will meet each Tuesday from 5:30pm-9:00pm in the sanctuary of Legacy Church, New Braunfels. We will also have a monthly 2-hour Prophetic Activation somewhere around the region, usually on the first Saturday. Dates and times TBD.

2nd Year students will join 1st Year students and also help lead and teach some of the teaching and activations as a part of their development. The last hour of class will be exclusively for 2nd year students and their assigned curriculum.

What are the requirements for completing the school? How much time should I expect to invest each week?

Students must participate in at least 80% of class time each week and may only have up to 3 absences for the year. Second year students will work through 4-5 books and workbooks that will have weekly reading and/or writing assignments. These will help you further clarify your identity as a prophet, your metron and where you are on your journey as a prophet. Book reports are not required but participating in the workbook assignments and discussions will require that you have done your homework. Oftentimes there are research and scripture reading included in completing these workbooks. I would still calculate at least 5 hours of homework a week.

What if I am not sure I am called to be a prophet? Should I still attend the school?

Yes! This is why the school exists! We want to help you discover the keys to knowing and understanding the identity, calling and metron of an office prophet and to develop the best path for a healthy, mature prophet while on the journey from calling to office. You will learn how to grow in the gift of prophecy and become a trusted prophetic voice even if you aren't sure if you are called to the office yet.

I am pretty confident that I am called to be a prophet. Should I attend the school?

Yes! We will not only consider the various ways to test your calling, but the journey of a called prophet into the authority of the office prophet can be as long as 30 years! Just look at the story of Joseph or David in the bible. This School can help to accelerate your journey, avoiding the common pitfalls along the way. Everyone can be refined if they are humble and teachable to go through that process. What better way than to do it in a supportive community with other prophets?

Will the classes be recorded? What happens if I have to miss a class?

We will audio record each class to be made available exclusively to students who must miss.

Once I complete this school, what happens next?

Those who complete all of the requirements of the School will graduate with a Certificate of Completion and be given an invitation to join the Leader's Nest, our group coaching program for alumni who have successfully completed 2nd year program and want to continue to stay in community and receive mentoring and support while on their journey.

Those who do not complete the requirements but did come and participate, will receive a Certificate of Participation and will be offered an opportunity to repeat the 2nd Year Program at a significantly reduced rate.
